Got a call from Ash at like 8:30 in the morning and they just cut me off straight away.

I just had someone pretending to be from Talk Talk, telling me there was an issue with my internet router. I told her I was online right now and everything was fine, and if there was a problem we would have already reported it. Then she just cut the call. It was really upsetting, especially since she called at 8.30am and woke my poorly mum up. Mum even explained she’s really unwell, but the lady kept insisting there was a fault with the internet. Such a stressful start to the day!
