I got a phone call claiming to be from BT, telling me there was an issue with the wifi in our neighbourhood and they were about to disconnect us. They gave me some options to press to avoid this happening. I just hung up and later called BT directly, who told me it was definitely a scam. When they tried ringing the number back, it said it couldn’t be reached.
