The bloke started telling me about loft insulation they said I had put in last year, which I definitely never did. He went on about how it might cause moisture problems and wanted to set up a survey appointment. When he asked if I was the homeowner and I said no, he just ended the call straight away. Proper rude, not even a goodbye.

I didn't pick up since the number was unfamiliar. It just rang through to voicemail, but they never actually left any message. Now checked online and it turns out to be some telemarketer calling about insulation again. Such a pain!
