Tried calling but no one answered. Just a pointless scam, total waste of time.

A bloke named Max rang me, said he worked for some company that could help stop annoying calls. He said there’d been money taken from my account that I didn’t know about. He already had my full name, address, and postcode, then asked for my Visa expiry date and which bank I used. That’s when I got a bit fed up and told him I wasn’t interested in calls like that. I didn’t catch if he said anything back after that.

It’s been really annoying lately, getting calls every few minutes like clockwork. I finally picked up once and they just ended the call straight away. Proper harassment!

Got a call from someone saying they were from BT and threatening to cut off my internet. I told them no way BT would do that via phone, called it a scam and said I'd notify the police. Then I ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
