When this number pops up on my phone, it looks like a mobile. But one time, i answered a message that said it was from BT Internet and warned me they'd disconnect my internet if i didn’t press 1. Curious, i used 1471 to check the caller’s actual number so i could complain here, but it turned out to be some international number, definitely not a local mobile.
