Got a call today 21.02.19 at half one, and this weird robotic voice, all spaced out, said it was from BT and that they were gonna disconnect me. It told me to press 1 to talk to a person or 2 to disconnect. Didn’t press anything ’cause we aren’t even customers with BT and was worried it’d be some pricey call. Seemed dodgy to me.
