Got a recorded call saying my broadband was about to be cut off. It said press 1 to talk to someone. The person on the other end told me my router was faulty and my internet would get disconnected. I hung up straight away and rang TalkTalk myself. They told me my router was fine and there was no issue at all!

Got a call earlier today from someone saying they were Bree BT and mentioned that a person from California was messing with our IP address. I asked them who my internet provider was and they just ended the call right away!! Definitely not someone I’d trust. Stay alert, folks.

I answered with a simple "hello" and then the line just went quiet, but then some recorded voice came on and said "farewell". Pretty odd silent call if you ask me.

Got another call from a company saying they were from BT, second time today. Just ended up blocking the number and sending it straight to my junk voicemail.
