They say they’re from BT but that’s definitely not true. We get calls like these maybe every month or so. Actually, a couple of weeks back, they rang me 7 times in just one day! And so far today, I’ve had 2 calls already. Isn’t this kind of thing against the law?

Got a call from someone saying they were ‘Adrian’ from BT about my internet issues and annoying calls. They didnt even know my name though. Definitely a scam!

I rang the number, only to be greeted by an automated voice claiming that the call was complimentary if I wished to acquire it! As for those pesky calls claiming to be from BT, you know, telling me something's amiss with my computer, I like to respond in my finest elderly lady accent. I feign concern and keep them chatting for a bit. Just when they think they've got me ensnared, I let out a playful "Do you honestly believe I fell off the turnip truck yesterday?" before hanging up. It's quite the laugh! (And just to clarify, I really am a little old lady in my sixties!)

Received a call today at 12:50 purporting to be from BT. I hung up immediately, quite crafty of them since the number appeared perfectly legitimate.

What a complete racket! I received a call from someone with a thick Asian accent claiming to be from BT, insisting that my internet needed urgent attention, despite the fact that it’s running perfectly well. He asked me to get online on my computer and access Google. Honestly, I reckon he mistook me for some kind of gullible fool!

I received a dubious call regarding my IP address supposedly being in California-gorgeous spot to reside, but the reality is that I’m nowhere near the States!
Funny enough, I inquired about the name of the operator, who had quite an obvious Asian accent, and she claimed to be called Angus Taylor. Sure thing, darling! Give me a break with that one.

I received two phone calls this morning (30/10/2017). The first one ended abruptly with an automated message saying Goodbye right after I picked up. Then, a mere ten minutes later, my phone rang again. This time, the voice on the other end sounded distinctly South Asian, professing to be from BT. What a bother these scammers are!

Totally a scam, no doubt about it. Got a call from someone calling himself “Alex” from BT, warning that my broadband was about to get cut off because it was supposedly hacked. That was the fourth time I’d been called in just a week, first it was Angela Smith, then Roger Smith, after that Travis Smith, and now this Alex Morris bloke. Each time they made the “issue” sound worse than before. I’ve now sorted call blocking after chatting with the real BT customer service, but the annoying thing is these scammers keep switching phone numbers all the time.

It’s definitely a scam! I got a pre-recorded message that simply said goodbye. When I tried to call back, the number wasn’t registered.

Received a couple of calls before 9 o'clock this morning from this number, purporting to be from BT and wanting to discuss my internet connections. Total scam, if you ask me!
