I keep receiving persistent calls from a number that seems to be local, and it’s rather tiresome. Every time I block one, they just alter the digits a tad (like swapping the last few to 701368, for instance). The first time I picked up, there was absolute silence, and on the second occasion, I insisted they take my number off their call list, which they’re legally obligated to do. Yet, the calls have not ceased, and I can’t report them since they refuse to disclose their identity. It's quite frustrating, to say the least!
