Received a call purporting to be from BT, stating they were conducting a brief survey. The connection was dreadful, lots of crackling and disruptions. The initial inquiry was, "Are you Mr. XXX and do you still reside at XXXXX address?" I replied with "No comment," and before I knew it, the call was abruptly ended.
