I reckon these muppets have zero clue about customer service. As soon as I told them they dialled the wrong number, they just dropped the call. But I will say, the guy who called me yesterday couldn’t apologise enough!

I received a call from this number, and I must say, the woman on the other side was downright rude. She simply wouldn’t accept my refusal. It was as if she was insisting that I had been in a car accident that I caused. I tried several times to hang up, but she just kept on talking. For the record, I don’t even drive; I’ve never been behind the wheel. I'm definitely going to lodge a complaint about this number.
