This bloke rang up, saying he was “Mark from O2” and wanted to have a chat about my O2 account. To be honest, he didn’t seem trustworthy at all; something about him just felt off.

Got a call from someone who said his name was Mark, sounded Indian, and was talking about my O2 account. I asked why he was ringing from a Dingwall landline, and his explanation was way too fishy. I told him straight up it was a scam and ended the call.
