Got a call from +44 1347 820541, someone said they were from O2 offering to lower my monthly bills. Thing is, my number ain't with O2 and I already know the real O2 contact. Plus, the caller had a foreign accent and said they were in York, which sounded off to me.

It’s quite evident that I was dealing with a call centre. The individual on the line didn’t articulate themselves very well at all.
