Imagine a big bunch of us (all legally, of course) who’ve been hassled by them, gathering outside with signs. Maybe get a camera crew along. SNEAKY DRIVERS! I put a block on this UK number from Easingwold a couple days back, an now outta nowhere a call comes in from a US looking number with a +1 code, but the digits are suspiciously identical (and there’s not enough digits for a real US number anyway!) - (+1-347-820-245). For years now, I've been getting calls from these lot on both my home phone and my mobile. I reckon it might be different firms because whenever I pick up, they all want to speak to the same woman. I’ve never heard of her, no idea who she is. Every time I tell them that and they promise the calls will stop, but they just keep ringing me. The last time was just a few days ago, and I’ve had another one this morning too. If these are genuine companies, my guess is they’re debt collectors chasing someone. I’m baffled how so many others on here seem to be dealing with the same hassle.
