Got a call from someone claiming to be BT tech support, sounded like a woman with an Asian accent. I mentioned she was the 6th caller I've had this week saying the same thing (which is spot on), and she just dropped the call straight away. Classic BT scam stuff.

I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming to be from BT tech support. She had the same vibe as those dodgy scam calls I usually get, so I just hung up. When I tried ringing the number back, it played a recorded message saying, "this is BT call minder, please leave a message." But I never actually left any message. What’s going on here?
