On the afternoon of 9th November 2018, I got an automated call saying my BT landline was going to be cut off that very day. It told me to press 1 for more details. But why would I do that when my landline isn’t even with BT? Even if it was, I’d rather ring BT myself than fall for that rubbish. I really hope someone responsible tracks down these scammers and makes them face the consequences. Cheers, Ted Denty
