So, this morning round about 9:44am, I got a call from this automated voice saying TalkTalk was about to cut off my line. They said to press 1 to speak to someone, or 2 to end the service. I pressed 0 instead, and then a lady came on the line telling me my internet had been stopped because hackers had got in, so they were planning to disconnect it. I asked her why they'd need to do that, and then she just hung up on me.
