9 yearsI’ve received about three or four calls on my landline from this number, purporting to be from 'Online Solutions', which they claim is a Microsoft-certified company. They insist that there are issues with my Microsoft Windows system. My number is unlisted, so I quizzed the caller on how they acquired my details, and he claimed it was sourced from some sort of registered Microsoft database. I can assure you, it isn’t, and even if it were, I certainly haven’t given anyone the go-ahead to share my personal information. When I requested that they remove my information and cease their unsolicited calls, he became rather agitated, asserting that he wasn’t bothering me and that I ought to hear him out since I apparently had a computer problem. This back-and-forth carried on for a minute or so, with me reiterating my request to have my details deleted before I finally hung up. I can't find any credible information on this particular outfit, though there seem to be multiple entities trading under that name. I would exercise caution with this caller.
