Some daft numpty rang my nan in North Somerset earlier, claiming her PC was compromised. The bloke told her to get sat at her computer with a glass of water so he could supposedly fix the problem. Luckily, she’s been told to check with me before doing anything tech-related, so she just hung up. The guy wasn’t giving up though, rang back trying to convince her she didn't need to bother us and that he could sort it out himself. I can’t believe people fall for this stuff!

Got a call from some dodgy bloke claiming to be from Microsoft. Seems like these muppets are all using Scotland as their call base. What a bunch of scams!
