I had a rather dubious conversation with someone claiming to be from Online Support, supposedly the tech service for my computer. This chap, who introduced himself as Mike-an Indian gentleman, mind you-insisted that my machine was riddled with numerous faults that required immediate attention. When I mentioned that I already have a different service provider, he quickly pivoted, declaring himself as a 'Technical Provider' instead. I wasn't born yesterday, and it all reeked of a classic IT scam!

I recently had an encounter with someone claiming to be from "your service providers" offering online support for my computer, but let me tell you, that was a load of rubbish. They insisted that my computer was riddled with critical issues that needed immediate fixing. Well, I won't be fooled so easily! Oh, and the chap introduced himself as Mike-though I must say, he certainly didn’t have the voice of a Mike if you catch my drift.
