Received a rather dubious call regarding issues with my computer. The caller claimed to be from a reputed IT company based in Belgravia, insisting it was of utmost importance. I confronted him about the frequent "Windows cleaning" calls I've been getting. He mentioned they had sent me a message the prior week, which simply isn’t accurate. I expressed my disbelief, and after a bit of back and forth, I hung up. Quite the bothersome experience, to say the least!

I received a rather curious phone call from this number earlier today. The caller introduced himself as Frank Edwards, supposedly representing online support for Online SmartGuards. He insisted that my computer was experiencing some sort of errors, yet when I pressed him for details, he couldn’t even identify the make or model of my device! Pretty dodgy, if you ask me. Definitely a scammer - best to avoid!
