So this bloke named Jerry from BT gave me a ring, proper nice fella. He asked for my address and then wanted to check my bank info, which I gave without a second thought. Turns out, he was just making sure my internet speed was spot on. Can’t wait to brag to my grandson about how quick the internet is when he visits, he’s always going on about having the best connection.

Some bloke called “Jerry” from BT Openreach claiming my internet was slow and he could sort it. I told him an engineer was already nearby fixing it. Had to repeat myself a few times. Then he asked for my phone number, but I told him if he can’t even remember the call, there’s no way I’m giving it. He went all quiet and just hung up.
