Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent who said he was from BT and that there'd been complaints about my internet running slow. He asked to check my router info. I agreed and started jotting down his phone number, but just as I was writing it, he suddenly ended the call. Totally felt like a scam to me. Never had BT call me about issues with my internet before.
