got a call from someone claiming to be with bt, saying they had a complaint about my internet speed and told me to switch on my laptop to fix it. i told them i never made a complaint and don’t even have a laptop! they kept pushing me to press keys on it though. totally ridiculous. i just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
