I’ve been receiving relentless calls that are completely unsolicited and quite bothersome. It’s becoming a real nuisance.

I received a call from an overseas contact centre purporting to be from Amazon. They were attempting to persuade me to change my password and mentioned some dodgy transactions. Quite concerning, really!

Got a call from someone pretending to be Amazon, telling me to reset my password with a code they’d send. They claimed someone tried to buy an iPhone 11 on my account and kept asking if I wanted to cancel the order. I said yes, but then they started on about changing my password and kept repeating themselves. When I asked why they were calling from Ashbourne, they couldn’t explain, just stuck to their script. The number was from Ashbourne, Derbyshire, which is where I’m originally from, so I picked up thinking it was legit. Just hang up - it’s not rude, they’re just scammers.

I reckon it’s probably that fish insurance again. My policy ended about a month back, and since then, I get called like three times daily. Weirdly, whenever I pick up, there’s just complete silence on the line.
