Utterly fraudulent! They left a voicemail full of nothing but repeated "hello"s, clearly clueless that they’d reached my voicemail. This screams of auto-dialling, and the fact that they completely ignored the prompt to leave a message is quite telling. Definitely one to steer clear of!

I picked up and there was just silence on the other end, like they were listening but not saying anything. I kept saying hello for nearly 40 seconds before I hung up. I usually don’t bother answering unknown numbers, but I was waiting for an important call today.
