When I picked up and asked to talk to the owner of the company, they just told me to get in touch with the main office and then abruptly ended the call.

They rang asking if they could speak to the owner of the business. I told them the owner wasn’t free but that I could talk on their behalf. When they asked if I could make financial decisions for the company, I replied that it really depended on what it was about, then they just cut the call! Definitely sounded like a call centre to me.
