Someone rang me up claiming to be from "The Accident Clinic"! It honestly sounded like it was coming from a hospital emergency unit, which could genuinely worry the person receiving it. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the whole point - to make folks panic. If that’s true, this business really ought to be held responsible for causing unnecessary stress.

At around six tonight, my partner picked up this number and they asked specifically for me. When he said I wasn’t around and asked who was on the line, they claimed to be from some Accident Clinic and mentioned I’d supposedly had an accident in the last three years - which is completely untrue.
