Got a dodgy phone call about some payout from Howden's Joinery shares, which apparently used to be MFI Group. They said if I followed their steps, I’d get the money. After looking into it last year, I found out it’s a complete con from the US. Their real aim is to sneak into your bank details and clean you out. Just a heads-up, they run this trick with other old, inactive shares too. Stay alert!
