Oddly enough, yesterday afternoon I did get another call from a Stoke-on-Trent number which I answered. The bloke on the line sounded Indian and somehow knew my address. He was asking for my wife, but I told him this isn’t her number. After that, he got quite pushy, asking loads about my loft insulation - like how old it was, when it was last done, and he kept insisting it wasn’t a sales pitch. I played along and said it was replaced about three years ago. Then he wanted to know if it was fibreglass, rockwool or what. He threw in some health and safety stuff and then just hung up. I tried ringing that number back but obviously it’s either fake or doesn’t take calls. My guess is they’re sneaky trying to get leads for this company. If they ring again, I’ll answer to find out who the hell they are and post it here.
