Got a call today from a bloke who said his name was Tom. He rang my landline and told me my house was listed as having bad insulation. Bit odd seeing as I rent the place and don't deal with any of that stuff myself. Tried to have a chat with him but he just stuck to his script the whole time. When I finally asked him who he was working for, he said something called the 'Green Eco Centre'. Sounds like dodgy marketing at best, probably a scam though, especially with all the fibs he told.

Honestly, I went through exactly what everyone else is saying here. The guy, Chris, just couldn't stop sticking to his script no matter what. I got a call from someone saying they wanted to do a loft insulation survey and asked if they could come round to my house. I wasn’t willing to just let them in without making sure they were legit first. They said they’d ring back to sort out a date and time, but never got back to me. I reckon they figured I wouldn’t answer anyway. The pushy way they tried to sell it didn’t sit right with me at all, and I wasn’t convinced by what they were saying either.
