Today, I finally picked up and a woman on the line informed me that they were reaching out on behalf of O2 and Carphone Warehouse. Apparently, their role is to persuade O2 customers to stick around. I'm actually due for a phone upgrade next week, which likely explains their incessant calls. I kindly informed her that I could manage my own phone upgrade and would prefer to speak directly with O2.
