Funny thing is, it’s definitely O2 calling me. I’ve already sorted an upgrade with them, so not sure why they keep ringing trying to push it again. Bit strange if you ask me.

They've been ringing me loads recently, like three times every day for the past week. I picked up the phone today and some woman said they were calling from O2 or Carphone Warehouse. She said their job was making sure O2 customers don’t switch providers. I’m actually up for a phone upgrade next week, which I guess explains all the calls. I was polite but told her I could handle my upgrade myself and that I’d get in touch with O2 straight away, no need for them to bother me.
