Today, I got a phone ring from that number about renewing my contract soon. Funny thing is, on the exact same day, a few other firms called as well offering similar upgrades, so the details must be public somehow. Foolishly, I assumed it was a genuine business, but as you’d expect, they’re not picking up when I try to ring back. Honestly, don’t really know what my options are right now.

I keep trying to ring these people but they never pick up. They said they were from O2, but it seems they're not actually connected to them. Can anyone help? I've already given them all my info and thought I was signing a new contract. Now I want to cancel it because I never actually agreed to anything officially.

My O2 contract ended recently and I got a phone call from someone saying they were from Quality Communications, supposedly linked to O2. Honestly, they seemed dodgy and I wouldn’t trust them at all. I’d steer clear if I were you.
