I picked up two times, and each time there was just a bit of music for a couple of seconds before they cut me off. Sounds dodgy to me, maybe a scam or trying to make me pay for the call. Definitely blocked the number now. Would recommend just blocking and ignoring it too.

So I've gotten a pair of calls from this exact number here in Eastbourne over the last few hours. Whenever I pick up, all I can hear is weird muffled noises and breathing, then the line dies. I really wanted to call it back, but I decided against it.
