I’ve received three unsolicited calls from this number over the past week, all originating from Fareham. I finally picked up today, and they claimed to be "partners" of O2, reaching out regarding a contract renewal-however, mine isn't even up for renewal! They requested my postcode and the first line of my address to "confirm" my account status. Naturally, I flipped the script and asked them for some identification to verify their legitimacy. As soon as I did that, they hung up! Just a heads up-be cautious and make sure to report this sort of nonsense.

Had an unexpected call from someone named Ezra at O2 earlier. When I picked up, it was eerily silent at first - felt a bit odd. Then he inquired about a 'Jane'. Naturally, I pressed for more info, asking which Jane he meant, to which he replied, “This is the number we have on file for Jane.” Curious, I decided to ring the number back, but was greeted by complete radio silence in terms of any company greeting. Instead, I heard a rather generic recording of a woman’s voice saying, “Please hold while we connect you.” Seems like a classic cold call to me, so my advice? Don't divulge any personal information!
