She told me to use the link in the message she mentioned and chat with one of their agents, warning me I'd be in trouble if I didn’t. I didn’t respond at all, and she hung up pretty quickly - the whole thing lasted just about a minute. The call felt off to me, so I’ve blocked the number for now.
