I've been receiving quite a few nuisance calls from a call centre based in Swansea. They keep inquiring whether you or anyone in your family has ever been employed in a factory. Apparently, they're keen on filing some sort of insurance claim for you. What a headache!

I picked up the call, but there was nobody on the other end. I've now added that number to my blocked list.
