The person receiving the call said they dont use phones or computers, which made no difference. Overall, it appears to be a fraudulent attempt to scare people into paying money they dont owe.

Got a call just before 9 in the morning, some automated bloke saying I owed £95 to Amazon Prime. I hit 2 to speak to someone and then an Indian-sounding lady was on the line. Told her I don’t have an Amazon account and hardly ever use mobiles or computers. Couldn’t make out half of what she was saying before she just dropped the call on me! This was on 21/11/22.
