My landline rang out of the blue, which hardly ever happens. A bloke with a thick Asian accent said his name was Jack and claimed he was from Sky, telling me there were problems with my internet. When I said I couldn’t follow what he was saying, he started swearing at me, calling me some awful names before abruptly hanging up.
