7 yearsI had a voicemail left by this number earlier today. A British woman was on the line, claiming that my IP address had been breached and instructed me to 'press 1 to speak with a technician.' The message felt rather half-baked, to say the least. Of course, I didn’t push 1, but out of curiosity, I attempted to call the number back, only to be greeted with a recorded message saying it was an invalid number. It’s highly likely to be some sort of scam. Over the last few weeks, my landline has been inundated with calls from various numbers, often with nothing but silence when I pick up, so I’ve just been hanging up before they can say anything.
