Got a call from a bloke named Adam with an Indian accent claiming to be from BT. I decided to mess about a bit and give sarcastic answers, like asking him if there was a “massive problem” or something. He didn’t seem too impressed and ended up hanging up on me. Apparently, he said he was from BT Openreach and that there was some big issue with our broadband bill, threatening to disconnect us the next day. Total scam, don’t fall for it!
