I hit 2 to speak to someone just to mess around a bit. The person on the line didn’t know my name. When I asked where they were calling from, they said something along the lines of the Visa debit department covering all banks! I refused to give my name when asked. I called my bank's actual fraud team using the number on the back of my card, and they said they have no signs of any problems on my account.
