I’ve had some rather dodgy calls claiming to be from BT, attempting to intimidate my staff by suggesting urgent matters concerning our bill. The funny thing is, we don’t even use BT for our telecommunication needs! It left my team quite shaken, thinking there was some grave issue with an unpaid bill that might lead to disconnection. Absolutely deceitful behaviour, if you ask me!
