This phone number really belongs to PFL Electrical, they handle electrical jobs for local councils. My council, Babergh in Suffolk, sent me a letter informing me they'd been awarded the contract. I've spoken with them myself and everything went smoothly. If you live in rented or social housing and get a call, it’s best to double-check with your landlord to see if they’ve arranged any electrical work. It’s nice for a change to come across a proper company rather than a scam!
