I received a phone call from someone purporting to be from Blackball Claims, in regards to a PPI claim they supposedly had on record that's yet to be resolved. The chap on the line had quite a thick accent, possibly African or Caribbean. I made it clear that I wanted my number taken off their list and requested no further calls. It was evident that it was a dodgy operation.

Received a call from a rather loud call centre, complete with all the usual background clatter. The chap on the other end had a thick foreign accent, making it a challenge to decipher his words. I gathered it had something to do with PPI, but the specifics were a bit muddled. When I attempted to return the call, I got nothing but silence, so I've gone ahead and blocked the number on my phone.
