got one of those recorded calls allegedly from bt saying they were going to cut my broadband off today because some dodgy people were using it without permission. they said to hit 1 to sort it out. as a small biz owner, this sorta thing really worries me. i just ignored it since i figured if it was legit bt, they’d get in touch through my official work email.
