So this morning around 8 o’clock, I got a call from a lady with a thick South Asian accent and her English was pretty hard to catch. She said something about being from the "Telephone Refund Department" which sounded a bit dodgy to me. I thought maybe she was trying to say BT or something like that. When I cheekily asked if she had any money to give me, like a refund or whatever, she just immediately hung up. Seems like a total scam but I didn’t get far enough to figure out exactly what kind.
