Felt a bit iffy about the call but no proof of anything dodgy going on. A woman said her name was Irina Kushnikova and rang our landline, which we don’t usually share with folks. She said she knew my wife, who’s Ukrainian, and was asking for some understanding since she was worried about the situation in Ukraine. We don’t recognise her at all and can’t recall meeting her before (she claims it was ages ago). There’s quite a big Ukrainian crowd here in Edinburgh, so if someone’s upset about the war, they’d likely reach out to them instead.
