Received a call from this estate agency regarding my home that’s currently on the market. Made it clear right from the get-go that I would only consider an offer at the full asking price, as I wasn’t keen on anything less, like a measly 75% of the value. They mentioned a few alternative arrangements, but I reiterated that my stance was firm: full price or nothing at all. After that, they seemed to lose their enthusiasm and hurried off!
