I picked up and could only just make out a quiet bloke's voice, maybe Indian, but it was all glitchy and kept breaking up. As soon as I told him I couldn't hear him right, he ended the call. Feels like one of those dodgy scam calls since he hasn't tried ringing back, which I reckon they would if it were legit.
